DeutscheFans is a directory. We do not host, store, or upload adult images or video ourselves — the Site links to creator profiles hosted on OnlyFans.com. Because of this, most copyright concerns about a specific photo or video should be directed to OnlyFans directly, since that is where the content is actually stored and served.

That said, if you believe material appearing directly on deutschefans.co (for example, text, images, or other content we ourselves have published on a listing or article page) infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice using the process below.

What a valid DMCA notice must include

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), a takedown notice must include substantially the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to locate it on the Site (e.g., the specific URL);
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and an email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Notices that don't include this information may not be actionable — please make sure each element above is addressed.

Counter-notices

We reserve the right to remove listings and take other appropriate action in response to repeat or clearly valid infringement claims.
